My passion for short sales began in 2008, You really don’t understand what someone is going through unless you’ve gone through it as well. In 2008 my life changed, I came to a realization that my hard work and dedication to be successful before I turned 30 took a turn for the worst. Of course it was my fault but it wasn’t like I just sat around and let things go down hill on purpose. Its harder to let go then to lose in anything that you do in life. I was working 80-90 hours a week, driving home to nothing but a long night of no sleep crunching numbers trying to figure out how to pay mortgages and rents. Giving up or letting go of my projects and investments was the hardest decision to make. It was a draining hobby not an investment anymore! After months of beating my self up, receiving threatening creditors calls and landlords asking for money I decided it was time I do something! I started going to school and educating my self on debt consolidation, litigation and SHORT SALES. I got certified by the National Association Of Realtors (SFR). I constantly take classes and meet with sphere of influences to know what is going on in this current crazy economy so that I can help others with the help that I wish I had someone knock on my door to offer. I ask that if your considering to hire me for the short sale of your home that you interview 2 other Realtors and then call me! Short sale negotiations, buyers and property management is my specialty. I started as a Realtor in 2006 as a buyer agent specializing in first time home buyers and investors. I was 21 and ready to learn from everyone. 2009 I transitioned into a very successful short sale listing agent currently handling over 30 files per month dealing with multiple lenders and creditors. I still have the PATIENCE, CONFIDENCE and DRIVE to take a family and drive them around until they look at me and say “Ephrem this is the one”! I am educated in Arizona west valley and east valley properties and with short sales I can handle a smooth transaction in ANY part of this state and a few others.
